Having just finished my second week of solo teaching, we sure have gotten a lot accomplished. Not only did we go on a field trip to the Audubon Society, but we already started our bird unit. After receiving their own bird of the NW to study, each student made a water color of their bird. Later I will post individual photos, but for now here are some pictures of the paintings (before they were outlined in sharpie):
A mix between classroom blog, teacher development, dynamic design, maker-space,
and constructivist learning with the next generation of innovators (my second grade classroom).
This blog is designed to further at home educational exploration, open up an avenue
of communication with families, and highlight the amazing pursuits of a very talented group of people.
